Kinoki

I have never been one to actually buy products from infomercials, but these little foot pads got me wondering? I recently attended this "healthy living" seminar and the presenter encouraged the audience to detox your body twice a year. I thought these would work... right? Plus, I don't really have to do anything- just apply before bedtime and sleep on it. I tried them and they did turn green/brownish over the night. Yuck! Then, I did some reading.

Come to find out, it's a scam. Figures.

Yeah...it is. They try selling those things at health conventions and stuff that Jared and I have attended. If you want to detox, Jared has some actual herbal things that will assist with detox. However, the most important thing you can to is avoid the toxins altogether...don't smoke, drink, or put things into your body that would harm it. Also, there are tons of herbal remedies that will detox just a specific part...I have to constantly detox my liver to keep from getting migraines. Nothing...and I mean, NOTHING, has ever worked as consistently for my migraines. They aren't completely gone, but I'm down to 1-2 a month rather than 3-4 a week. Anyways, if you want to know about herbal stuff, definitely talk to Jared. He can help dispel the myths from the facts. Love you!
